With over twenty years experience in program design, leadership, and program management, Diza regularly provides customized programs that reside at the nexus of neuroscience, leadership development, and the complexities that reside at the heart of any human communication exchange. Her most recent program she designed and delivered as an Academic Director, the National Programme for Developing Leaders and Future Foresight for the Royal Academy of Managment (Oman) won the GCC award for Best Nationalisation Program for both public and private sectors in 2024.
